Exceed Construction Co. provides all timberwork related work including designing, engineering, supplying and installing timber structures in collaboration with our international partner Venturer PTE Ltd. headquartered in Singapore, which is represented by Exceed in the region.
Venturer have been serving customers requirements since 1995. Their integrated resources, services and businesses extend from the forest and mills to the designers’ and developers’ offices. They operate in S.E. Asia, the Maldives, India, UAE, Kuwait and Europe and are expanding steadily into new markets. Their primary focus is value added timber design and construction. Their regional contracting activities extend to fully functional resort structures, and bridges to commercial external timberwork and residential projects.
Venturer has the resources and capability to undertake contract work that range from small scale to multi-million dollar projects. While gaining support from a variety of financial institutions and partnerships, coupled with regional manufacturers and international timber design and contracting companies allow them to braoden their scope of opportunities.
With an experienced timber contracting background we know what is practical and feasible. We can advise on the selection and availability of suitable woods, citing their specific characteristics such as structural and weathering properties. Rationalising structural and architectural designs that are durable, buildable, and aesthetically pleasing, are essential in present day commercial schemes.
For more than 15 years, Venturer has installed quality timberwork that on occasions extends beyond core timber contracting to include landscaping and project management of associated building work and finishes. Venturer has comprehensive workshop facilities in Singapore and is supported by major manufacturers and prefabricators in the region.
