WHAT IS SMART PARKING®?

Smart Parking® is an Automated Mechanized Parking system that can be ideally installed in condensed urban areas to provide a quick and reliable solution to parking problems. It's ease of use and convenient space preservation capabilities makes it a very efficient solution. Smart Parking is very flexible and can be installed in multiple layouts entirely dependent on site location and requirements. Not only does Smart Parking® provide a solution to a problem we face in our daily lives, but it is also a great way of generating revenue whether it be from rental fees or advertising.

In a footprint area of approximatley 2 parking spaces, (30 Sq. M), you can fit up to 16 Sedan cars or 12 SUV cars with a maximum height of about 17.2 Meters.

TURNTABLE - When Smart Parking® is installed in very tight or dead spaces, where

the standard 8m maneuvering space is not available, ideally an automated turntable

is required. It eases the entrance and exit procedures, providing a clock-wise and

anti-clockwise rotation to point the vehicle towards the unit or the exit.

PROGRAMMABLE ACCESS DOOR - For added security and functionality, an access door

can be programmed in both modes, Normally Open (as long as there is available parking

space to allow vehicle entry) and Normally Closed (closing after every vehicle parks and/or

closing when the unit is full).

CLADDING SERVICES - Exceed Construction Co. offers endless semi and fully cladded options for your Smart Parking® unit to provide added security, protection from the elements and architectural finishes to match surroundings for minimized view obstruction. Our team of experts are ready to supply and install any cladding requirements from design, materials and structural perspectives.
